Shipping
We offer shipping by UPS Ground(3-7 days). Items that are currently in our warehouse will be shipped within one day of receiveing your payment. All items that must be ordered will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our manufacturer. These orders take several days to reach us and will usually be shipped out within 3 business days of receiving payment. Some items may also be on back order and could take longer to receive. We will except orders on these items but they may take over a month to be shipped to you. Please contact us to determine product availability before placing order and we will provide you with an expected shipping date.

Payment Methods
If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for online orders. We are currently uisng PayPal to process all our orders. When you proceed to checkout you will automatically be redirected to their site to pay for your order.
You may also call 210-392-8123 or 325-513-7811 to make an order over the phone or email us with any orders you may have.

We will also accept money orders or cashier's checks for payment. If paying by one of these methods we will process your order as soon as payment is received.

Return Policy
We will accept returns but we will charge a restocking fee of 20% on all orders. The customer is also responsible for all return shipping costs. Please verify all orders before they are placed to ensure they are correct. Please use our size chart as a guideline when selecting the correct size so you can avoid having to incur any of these fees. Remember these are formal gowns and some alterations may be needed, so it is always advisable to use the largest measurement on the size chart as your guide. Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
